Users have the ability to have their Two Factor Authentication ( TFA) turned On of Off. By default, TFA is turned on for all users.

To manage this, go to the Setting icon on your Home page

The Setting Menu will appear to the right of the Nav bar - click Privacy and Security

Move the toggle to the left is you do not want to use 2 Factor Authentication.
