Kinnect users are able to search the Global Kinnect user base for other users that not already a connection in their Network by either a user's name or email address.

Users are able to choose if they want to be included in the Global Search query.

By default, all users are are searchable via Global User Search.

To manage this, click on the Setting icon on your Home page.

You are able to control your visibility to Kinnect's global users by toggling these switches to either On ( move toggle to the right) or Off ( move toggle to the left)
