Getting Started


After creating your account, you will receive an email with a one time password to verify your email address.

The first time you log into your account, you will be prompted to setup Two-Factor Authentication. This added layer of security will help us always make sure that the person logging into your account is really you.

To set up Two-Factor Authentication, simply enter your mobile phone number, and we will text you a one time password that you can use to verify your identity.

You can manage your Two-Factor Authentication from your settings page in Kinnect.
